EL HIP-HOP

Hip-Hop was born in 1973, in the Bronx of the New York. In november, of that year, Donnovan coined the term, Hip Hop, based on the new goal of its life: to foment the peace in the quarters of New York.

That same he has made Henry Arteaga, creator of Crew Peligrosos. In the neighbord Aranjuez of Medellín, leaves of the comune 4, this youth has forged community by means of the music and the dance. Their discipline is exemplary. They have a school were teach Hip-Hop free to more than 200 youngs of the comunes. They don't only look for to entertain but changing the mentality of the youths of the sector.

And their name, Crew Peligrosos? Are they maybe a clanger? No. They represent a solution. An answer. They are born of the violence, but their reaction is not violent. On the other hand, today he is a leader and an example, come  body that points out an alternative to the violence.

Opinion
For many young hip-hop is an alternative new life away from the streets and the violence that is experienced every day in the neighborhood of Medellin

THE HISTORY EYES

My alias es eyes, this way ray he means to learn seeing. I am self taught and my school is the street" I am artist of Grraffiti and i consider it my profession for 6 years, although i take one decade studyinng the urban art and the culture HIP-HOP.

I am of the neighborhood; i like the street and interactuar with diverse people that find in the urban lifestyle a form of being made notice, this, added to a pleasure by  rawing, i influence in my to find in  the Graffiti a special way to express my ideas and feelings.

The awake Grraffiti in my infinity of feelings, when painting a wall feels free because i am making what i want, it is love because i rouse myself with that i make, when i paint i also feel satisfaction and tranquility of seeing that i made the things well, but when i don't achieve it  sit  rage, deception and impotence.

Is belongs to the grouping Crew Peligrosos of the city of Medellín, and  it is educational of the Corporation Artistic and Cultural four elements school, Eyes carries out gsratuitou trainings wiith the Crew Peligrosos and it promotes the art of the Graffiti like a cultural and artistic espression for the development of the city.

Opinion
"eyes" is one of the young people we meet in an alternative hip hop out of violencia.El is the inspiration for many young people who seek refuge in something else to turn to the streets where guns and drugs change by dancing and new forms of expression that brings

STARTING POIN

CONTEXT

Medellín is a city and municipality in Colombia, capital of Antioquia department, located in the northwest of the country, in the center of Valle de Aburrá located in the Cordillera Central and bisected by the Medellin River. The city also stands as one of the main cultural centers of Colombia. It also hosts major festivals with wide experience and recognition locally, nationally and internationally. It also highlights the academic and scientific activity, which has earned him recognition as a university city and knowledge as some of the most important Colombian universities are located in the city.
The Hip Hop Crew Hazardous District 4 young talented groups Aranjuez neighbors began to create more than ten years ago a vest for protection from violence and social problems by encouraging a sense of their interpretations of Breakdance [B Boys ], Graffiti, DJs and rap (emcees) in a neighborhood where today everyone has to do with them.
